How XEVRIN handles account signup, workspace use, product data, AI-assisted processing, support, and communications.

What this covers

This policy explains the information we collect when you visit the site, create an account, use a workspace, request support, or evaluate XEVRIN.

XEVRIN may collect information you submit through account signup, workspace setup, team invites, demo requests, support requests, and website forms. That can include your name, company, email address, workspace role, website URL, billing or plan questions, and notes about your catalog or content needs.

When you use a workspace, XEVRIN may process product, catalog, source evidence, writing-guide, research, approval, export, usage, and audit information needed to operate the product-page workflow. We use that information to provide the service, keep approvals and exports traceable, recover failed work, measure plan usage, and support account questions.

XEVRIN uses AI-assisted processing to help research product facts and draft product-page content. Product data, website inputs, accepted evidence, and writing-guide context may be sent to service providers that help us host, analyze, communicate, process AI requests, store files, send emails, and deliver the product. We do not sell personal information.

We may also collect standard analytics, device information, public-site usage signals, support references, request identifiers, and operational logs. Those records help us secure the service, diagnose workflow failures, investigate abuse, and improve self-directed onboarding and recovery.

You can contact us to ask about the information we hold, request corrections, or ask us to delete account, inquiry, or workspace information where appropriate. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, billing, audit, or service-integrity reasons. Privacy obligations can vary by jurisdiction, and we will handle requests in line with applicable law.

Contact us about privacy questions at access@xevrin.com or by mail at 1411 Indiana St, San Francisco, CA 94107.

Product data, AI, and service providers

XEVRIN is built for merchant-controlled product-page work, so product data, source evidence, and AI-assisted suggestions stay tied to a workspace and approval trail.

AI-assisted features can use your website URL, writing guide, imported catalog fields, source evidence, reviewer feedback, and approved product data to research facts or draft product-page content. Suggestions are not automatically approved; a workspace user must review facts, drafts, and exports before they are used.

We use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, support operations, analytics, security monitoring, payment or plan administration, and AI processing. Those providers are allowed to process information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve XEVRIN.

Product exports and workspace data remain available to workspace users according to their role and plan. You can request a workspace data export, correction, retention review, or deletion review from Plan settings or by contacting support. We may retain records needed for security, abuse prevention, billing, audit trails, legal obligations, backup integrity, or unresolved support work.
